Please remember to take a look at our show schedule is listed at the bottom of this email. To avoid late entry fees, please take a look and let me know if you are interested in showing sooner rather than later. The shows will be on our “home turf” through the the first weekend in October 7th – 8th, so it’s a good way to get in a less-stress show experience!
Again – As a reminder our barn hours posted in the copy of our rules are from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm Tuesday through Sunday. That means all equine activity including riding, bathing, grazing, etc must be finished before closing **except in the case of participants in a 6:30 lesson **. Due to recent policy evaluations, we will now require a Parent, Guardian or Responsible Adult to arrive to supervise all children under the age of 16 by 6:30 pm. Palm Beach Riding Academy will not assume liability for any children left unsupervised. In addition, all mounted activities must be supervised by either a trainer, parent, or guardian – please look at the lesson schedule to plan hacking either around lesson times or make sure you can be available to supervise your child while mounted.
Attached is this week’s schedule. Please let me know if you cannot make your scheduled time ASAP so we may do our best to accommodate a different time. As you can see our schedule is starting to fill up, therefore we need to be informed of any scheduling conflicts in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
