ESP Fall Finale is a wrap! Congratulations to all riders for a job well done this weekend and thank you to all parents and staff for your continued support too keep us running like a well oiled machine. We would also like to welcome IEA rider Ansley Wright’s pony, along with Meg Banks’ horse, to the PBRA family for season! Congratulations and best of luck to Amelie Bertrand de Balanda on her half lease of PBRA’s “Under the Sea”.
I would like to thank those riders and parents who have made note of our policies outlined in our weekly emails, however, I would like to call a MANDATORY meeting for all PBRA families this upcoming Wednesday, 11/9 after lessons at 6:30 pm to go over certain safety procedures and guidelines for the Academy as we head into season. As many of you know, the grounds not only become much busier during season, but our presence in the community is very much in the spotlight, requiring us to maintain a set of standards and procedures that need to be upheld. We thank you all in advance for your cooperation.
Attached is this week’s schedule. Please let me know if you cannot make your scheduled time ASAP so we may do our best to accommodate a different time. As you can see our schedule is starting to fill up, therefore we need to be informed of any scheduling conflicts in advance. We will do our best to accommodate as many of the missed lessons due to the storm last week over the next few weeks, schedule permitting. Thank you for your understanding.
Congratulations to the following horses and riders for a job well done at ESP Fall Finale. Here is a recap of some of their top performances:
Kendall Kelly & PBRAs “Hope to be Royalty” made their jumper ring debut together after the Academy’s recent purchase. On Saturday, this pair went clear in their first round, with a rail keeping them out of the top in their jump off. This pair then went out and put in their best clear round on Sunday. Congratulations on a job well done, can’t wait to see this pair continue to progress together.
Myca Harris & “Sandro Reuben” returned to the Modified Hunter division with yet again great results, even with a move up on Sunday! This pair earned a first and second over fences in the 2′ on Saturday. On Sunday this pair moved up into the 2’6 and earned a first in the under saddle, and a first over fences, earning Champion of the division. Very proud of your accomplishments, can’t wait to see this pair in Low Children’s during season!
Casey Mangini & “Rushin'” returned to the Low Children’s Hunters ring and had a very successful weekend amongst a large and competitive field!
