ESP November is a wrap! Congratulations to all riders for a job well done this weekend and thank you to all parents and staff for your continued support too keep us running like a well oiled machine.

I would like to thank those riders and parents who attended our policies & rules meeting last week. If you were not able to attend, please check in with me to get any important information that was missed. Also, please see our calendar items at the end of this email for upcoming banquet information for ESP and SFHJA as well as our PBRA holiday party on 12/17.

Attached is this week’s schedule. Please let me know if you cannot make your scheduled time ASAP so we may do our best to accommodate a different time. As you can see our schedule is starting to fill up, therefore we need to be informed of any scheduling conflicts in advance. We will do our best to accommodate as many of the missed lessons due to the storm last week over the next few weeks, schedule permitting. Thank you for your understanding.

Congratulations to the following horses and riders for a job well done at ESP November. Here is a recap of some of their top performances:

Kendall Kelly & PBRAs “Hope to be Royalty” returned to the jumper ring and took it by storm. On Saturday, this pair earned 2nd in the 0.80m out of 15 and 5th out of 22 in the 0.85 after just narrowly missing the time allowed in the jump off. On Sunday this pair returned for a great performance in the 0.85, bettering their Saturday performance, earning 3rd out of 22. Keep up the great work!

Lauren Bordeaux & “Cruise” made their Modified Hunter debut, their first time showing together. This pair had an awesome performance on Saturday, earning 1st in the warmup and then two solid trips in a large and competitive field. On Sunday this pair returned to the ring, earning a top ribbon in the under saddle out of 12 riders. Can’t wait to watch this pair continue to learn and improve over the coming season. Great job!

Casey Mangini & “Rushin'” returned to the Low Children’s Hunters ring with fantastic results. This pair put in consistent, division Champion winning trips, earning three firsts and a second place over fences and third in their under saddle in a large and competitive field. This pair also won both of their warmups. Great work and a job well done, these were some of the most consistent rounds this pair has put out to date. Congratulations!

Hannah Glanzberg & “Silvershine” returned to the Children’s Pony Hunter ring and put in some fantastic rides in a large and competitive field. This pair rode their way to their first children’s pony championship, with two blues over fences and the under saddle and a third and fifth over fences. So proud of this pair’s accomplishments, keep up the great work.

Amelie Bertrand de Balanda & “Under the Sea” made their show ring debut together along with a move-up for Amelie from showing in the short stirrups over 8 months ago! Despite a bit of a rocky start, this pair persevered and put in some great rides, earning a third and three fifths over fences and a fourth under saddle. Look for this pair in the show ring again in the near future! Way to go!
