PBRA Competition Highlights & News: Oct. 31st

Nov 3, 2016 - 8:28 AM
A busy week of lessons, showing, and festivities has come to a close here at PBRA! Congratulations to the American Heritage Equestrian Team on their great riding and team camaraderie at our first IEA show of the season this past Saturday, it was a long day of showing and it was nice to see everyone stay and support fellow riders throughout the day! Our annual Halloween party was a huge success! Every year the costumes get more and more creative, and the potluck items were fantastic. Please check out or Facebook and Instagram pages if you missed it to check out the great costumes. PBRA also wants to wish our very own “Warnickel” a very happy and well earned retirement up in NJ with his original breeder   If anyone still needs to order PBRA gear and missed the opportunity at our Open House, please contact Staci Rosner at (561) 282-8484 – now is a good opportunity to stock up for fall/winter apparel.

As a friendly reminder to all of our students – please be respectful of our barn and clean up after yourself!!! It is not our staff’s responsibility to throw away your garbage, clean up after your horse, put your tack and grooming items away, and make sure that your laundry gets put in the laundry bags. We would like to be treated with the same respect that you would the common areas of your home, and ask that everyone do a better job of keeping PBRA presentable as we come into season!

Attached is this week’s schedule. Please let me know if you cannot make your scheduled time ASAP so we may do our best to accommodate a different time. As you can see our schedule is starting to fill up, therefore we need to be informed of any scheduling conflicts in advance. We will do our best to accommodate as many of the missed lessons due to the storm last week over the next few weeks, schedule permitting. Thank you for your understanding.

Congratulations to the American Heritage Equestrian Team for their outstanding performances in their first IEA show of the Season in Plantation on Saturday, October 29th!

Two PBRA riders Gianna Garofalo and Keegan Stanton had the opportunity to compete in their first IEA show and did an outstanding job! Gianna rode her way to a first place finish over fences and third place finish on the flat on her mounts in the JV Novice division, while Keegan rode her way to a first place finish on the flat and third over fences on her draws in Future Novice over fences. Congratulations girls for your hard work and perseverance!
