2019 ESP Holiday Series to Feature Six Weeks of Competition Beginning November 26

Wellington, FL – October 25, 2019 – Equestrian Sport Productions, LLC (ESP) is pleased to announce the release of the official prize list for the 2019 ESP Holiday Series, which will host six weeks of competition at the main grounds of the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC), beginning November 26 and continuing through the new year. Click here to view the 2019 ESP Holiday Series prize list. The Main Grounds of PBIEC are located at 14440 Pierson Road. All seven shows offer a USEF-Ranked Grand Prix, M&S and NAL Classics, and a National USHJA Hunter Derby.

The ESP Holiday Series will kick off on November 26 with the ESP Holiday & Horses show, which is set to host Premier AA & Jumper 6* competition through Sunday, December 1. Beginning Wednesday, competition will feature the $36,000 Dover Saddlery Holiday & Horses Opener CSI 4*, while the highlight classes on Friday will be the $72,000 Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital 1.50m Qualifier CSI 4* and the $10,000 Premier Equestrian 1.40m Open Stake. For hunter riders, a $10,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by #1 Education Place will be hosted on Friday, November 29 in Ring 7 & 8. The $36,000 Dever Golf Cars 1.45m Speed Class CSI 4* is set to take place on Saturday, November 30, ahead of the highlight $209,000 Holiday & Horses CSI 4* Grand Prix presented by Palm Beach County Sports Commission, beginning at 6:45 p.m. in the International Arena. The week will conclude with the $25,000 Omega Alpha Holiday & Horses National Grand Prix on Sunday, December 1.

From December 6 – December 8, the ESP Year End Awards Show will take place, featuring Regional B & Jumper 4* competition. Highlight classes on Friday include the $10,000 #1 Education Place 1.40m Open Stake and the $1,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby in Ring 7 & 8. On Saturday, spectators will see the $5,000 Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital 1.35m Stake in the International Arena, while Sunday will feature the $25,000 Year End Awards Grand Prix presented by #1 Education Place.

Competition resumes with ESP Holiday I on December 13 and continues to December 15 with National A & Jumper 4* classes. The $10,000 Ultima Fitness 1.40m Open Stake will take place on Tuesday, while the $25,000 Holiday I Grand Prix presented by Ultima Fitness is set to be the highlight class on Thursday, December 15. A $5,000 Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital 1.35m Stake will be held in the International Arena on Wednesday, December 12. A $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by Ultima Fitness will accompany top hunter competition during the show.

Later that week, ESP Holiday II will take place (December 17 – 19) also with National A & Jumper 4* competition. The $10,000 Fairfield Inn & Suites 1.40m Open Stake and this week’s $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by ProElite® are both set for Friday, December 17. The $5,000 Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital 1.35m Stake will be hosted in the International Arena on Saturday, December 18, while the $25,000 Holiday II Grand Prix presented by ProElite® is set for Sunday, December 19.

December 20 – 22 will welcome ESP Holiday III competition which includes more National A & Jumper 4* classes. On Friday, the $10,000 Score At The Top 1.40m Open Stake will take place in the International Arena, ahead of Sunday’s $25,000 Holiday III Grand Prix presented by Semican. Also planned for Friday is the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by The Fit Equestrian. A $5,000 Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital 1.35m Stake will be held in the International Arena on Saturday, December 21.

The ESP New Year’s Show will kick off on December 27 and commence on December 29 after three full days of National A & Jumper 4* competition. The $10,000 Vita Flex 1.40m Open Stake will be hosted in the International Arena on Friday as well as the $2,500 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by Vita Flex in the Rost Ring. On Saturday, the $5,000 Brazilian Court Hotel 1.35m Stake will be held in the International Arena, ahead of Sunday’s $25,000 New Year’s Grand Prix presented by Vita Flex.

The competitive circuit will conclude with the ESP Holiday Finale (January 1 – 5), featuring a week of Premier “AA” and Jumper 4* competition. The $10,000 Equiline 1.40m Open Stake will be set in the International Arena on Thursday, January 2, while the final $5,000 EnviroEquine & PET 1.35m Stake will begin on Saturday, January 4. For hunter competitors, a $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby presented by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital will be offered on Friday, January 3. The circuit will close out with the $50,000 Holiday Finale Grand Prix presented by Equiline in the International Arena on Sunday, following the Holiday Circuit Parade of Champions at 1:00 p.m.

During the $209,000 Holiday & Horses CSI 4* Grand Prix presented by Palm Beach County Sports Commission on Saturday, November 30, VIP seats are available for purchase in the International Club. While the competition begins at 6:45 p.m. in the International Arena, the Club will open at 5:30 p.m. to serve a full course buffet, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages.
