National brokerage announces title sponsorship of week competition featuring the $372,000 FEI World Cup™ Grand Prix CSI-W 5*
WELLINGTON, FL (March 3, 2015) - Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the nation’s fourth largest real estate company, today announced its official title sponsorship of Week Nine at the 2015 Winter Equestrian Festival, which will be held March 4-8 at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) in Wellington, FL.
From January to April, PBIEC is the epicenter of the horse world. During these 12 weeks the venue attracts more than 5,000 horses and 3,000 riders from 50 states and 33 countries, making it the largest and longest running equestrian competition in the world. Douglas Elliman has a lengthy history of corporate affiliation with the equestrian community, including a longstanding sponsorship of the Hamptons Classic, another high-profile event that attracts a similar demographic as the Winter Equestrian Festival. The company’s continued growth throughout the South Florida region, including Palm Beach and specifically Wellington, makes this new sponsorship a natural extension of the brand platform.
“Sponsoring the Winter Equestrian Festival is part of the broader support Douglas Elliman has for the equestrian community,” said Nicole Oge, Global Chief Marketing Officer, Douglas Elliman. “We look forward to continuing to align with our affluent clientele in this luxury lifestyle arena, which is a common thread that ties our regions together from the Hamptons to Palm Beach to Beverly Hills.”
